Poor service.staff non cooperative Bad quality of food and staff is very rude. Third class service very expensive food and service quality is pathetic not at all customer friendly. Zero value for money. Highly recommend not to visit this place at all .

Pagoda Gole Bazar is Worst hotel in Sri Ganaganagr.. Room size smaller than a store room..no words for the side of washroom..pathetic..Poor service, worst staff, keep on making false commitment, threatens the customers.. I had a very bad experience in the hotel.. I stayed for 3 nights on the very first day I requested to provide the sweet room else I'll change the hotel, they said tomorrow we will do and next day morning said by evening will change but they didn't changed the room. On Checkout they changed the Room Tariff.. I understood the hotel is a fraud and cheats the customer.. I made the payment and checked out.. Later in the afternoon the staff threatened me over the phone on making their complaint to the owner of the hotel, This is the hospitality of the hotel, full of false commitment, cheats and So called Gundagardi. I Suggest never visit this hotel..No Star from my side.

At the price the hotel is not worth staying in . Very noisy street . Small room which is not too clean. Explore other places .The food though was good . Wifi is weak. No lift in hotel . You have to walk up the stairs.

The hotel is situated at walking distance from railway station. Hote allows early check in without any extra amount. Rooms are less spacious, but, still serves the purpose. Food is above average and the service is quick. Breakfast spread is good. Recommended for short and long stay.
